This policy applies to all self-service Veora subscription plans purchased at console.veora.io or through an AI agent surface.
Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a free 3-day trial. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged. Your first charge happens only after the trial ends.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Veora console. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and we do not charge you again after that. We do not issue prorated refunds for a started billing period.
14-day refund on your first charge
If Veora is not a fit, contact us at hello@veora.io within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full.
Managed plans
Refund and cancellation terms for managed plans are set in the applicable order form or agreement.
